Job summary

Chase is seeking a Branch Manager to lead a busy Florida branch, delivering warm service and guiding a team to achieve sales and service goals while upholding the bank's culture.

You will drive deposits and investments growth, manage operations, coach staff, and represent Chase’s brand with clients and the community, using modern financial tools and technology. This role requires weekend/evening availability, a high school diploma or higher, and leadership experience in retail banking.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of management, Retail Banking, or equivalent Chase leadership experience.
• High school diploma, GED, or foreign equivalent.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills to develop the team.
• Ability to position Chase technology and financial solutions to clients.
