Job summary

Allied Landscape seeks a Branch Manager to run a Bay Area branch, oversee Account and Operations Managers, and own safety, sales and profitability. You’ll coach from an operator’s perspective, guide budgets, and grow maintenance and enhancement contracts.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial landscape management experience.
• 2+ years leading a branch, division or team with budget, labor and profit responsibility.
• People-focused leadership with coaching and accountability.
• Track record of growing revenue through maintenance and enhancements.
• Strong command of job costing, margins, labor and budgets.
• Ability to read scoreboards and identify fixes; California safety knowledge.
• Familiarity with business software; Aspire experience preferred.
• Knowledge of landscape maintenance, irrigation, and improvements.
• Clear bilingual communication a plus; valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Safety first culture with stop-work authority and PPE compliance.
• Coach Account Managers on enhancement pipelines and proposals weekly.
• Drive branch profitability through budgeting and cost control.
• Build and maintain maintenance client relationships and renewals.
• Lead, train and develop Operations Managers and field crews.
• Measure success via injuries, sales, margins, and client retention.
