The Growing Company in Roseville, CA, is seeking a Branch Manager to lead a team of landscape professionals, drive revenue growth, and strengthen client relationships. You will oversee day-to-day operations of the branch and ensure services meet high standards.

The role requires 10+ years in landscape management, 5+ years in people leadership, and a Bachelor's degree is preferred. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus; competitive pay and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Landscape Architecture, or Horticulture preferred.
• Candidates without a degree must have at least 10 years of landscape management experience.
• At least 10 years related work experience in commercial landscaping.
• At least 5 years people management experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring services meet high standards and company policies.
• Manage and motivate a team of landscape professionals, ensuring staff are trained and equipped.
• Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and increase profitability.
• Build and maintain relationships with key clients, ensuring needs are met and satisfaction ratings remain high.
• Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Conduct regular site visits and inspections and address issues promptly.
• Draft and present annual budgets and quarterly business reviews.
• Review equipment maintenance programs and recommend capital investments.
• Ensure timely action on all sales leads and coordinate between sales, operations and customers.
