Qualifications

• Typically between 4-6 years of relevant experience and a post-secondary degree in related field.
• Previous supervisory or management experience preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of retail banking products and services.
• Awareness of competitive marketplace and trends in product offerings.
• Working knowledge of branch operations policies and procedures.
• Familiarity with applicable regulations, audit standards and risk controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead the branch business plan to maximize growth and wallet share.
• Develop and maintain a network to build referrals and new business.
• Coach employees, manage performance, and support development.
• Conduct sales and service activities in line with procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Mentor staff to deliver exceptional customer service and effective problem resolution.
• Collaborate with internal partners to meet customer objectives and regulatory standards.
