Qualifications

• Typically 4–6 years of relevant experience with a post-secondary degree or equivalent
• In-depth knowledge of retail banking products and services
• Understanding of competitive marketplace and trends in product offerings
• Familiarity with branch operational processes and policies
• Knowledge of applicable regulations, audit standards, and related policies and directives
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and data-driven decision making

Responsibilities

• Fosters a culture aligned to BMO purpose, values and strategy and role models BMO values and behaviours
• Maintains high-touch relationships with key branch customers and prospects
• Contributes to business objectives by conducting sales calls and building a personal referral network
• Resolves customer issues using knowledge of bank services, products, and processes
• Leads the implementation of new programs, products and processes within the branch
• Monitors sales and service performance to identify gaps and build action plans
