Nicolet National Bank in the United States is seeking an Assistant Branch Manager to drive new customer acquisition and expand branch relationships. You will partner with the Branch Manager to execute the branch plan, elevate sales, and ensure strong customer delivery, operational discipline, and risk/compliance performance.

You will coach Universal Bankers, lead daily execution, and maintain personal production through needs-based conversations.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of retail banking experience.
• Experience opening consumer deposit accounts.
• Ability to coach others on needs-based conversations and service excellence.
• Understanding of deposit products, payments, digital banking.
• Knowledge of branch regulatory and risk requirements.
