Qualifications

• Associates degree in banking, finance, or related field.
• 3–5 years retail banking experience required; 5+ years retail banking with management experience preferred.
• Knowledge of banking operations, regulations and lending fundamentals.
• Leadership, coaching and communication skills.
• Needs-based selling and customer engagement.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business for the branch with a proactive, relationship-focused approach.
• Provide strategic leadership and oversee branch operations to ensure financial performance and customer experience.
• Engage personal and commercial customers with consultative conversations to understand financial goals.
• Lead sales initiatives and coach the branch team to meet growth targets.
• Oversee compliance, risk management, and daily branch operations.
• Represent Nicolet in community events and build local partnerships.
• Uphold policies and foster inclusion and non-discrimination.
