Job summary

Nicolet National Bank is seeking a Personal Banker I to drive new customer acquisition and expand existing relationships at a local branch. You will guide customers with deposits, digital banking, and loan inquiries, while assisting with applications and servicing needs across channels.

Qualifications

• 2 years customer service/cash handling; banking preferred.
• Knowledge of deposits, digital banking, and consumer lending.
• Proficiency with systems and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a highly personalized and consultative customer experience across in-person, phone, and digital channels.
• Conduct deeper financial conversations to understand short and long-term needs and recommend appropriate deposit, lending, and digital solutions.
• Open and service consumer and small business deposit and loan accounts; complete account maintenance and ensure accuracy of documentation.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, payments, transfers, official checks, and related financial transactions.
• Assist with debit/ATM issuance, safe-deposit access, check orders, foreign currency exchange, and digital banking troubleshooting.
• Identify opportunities to expand relationships through product recommendations, financial education, and proactive outreach.
• Refer customers to internal specialists to ensure a comprehensive financial experience.
• Meet and exceed assigned sales, service, and referral goals.
