Pay Range: $48,000 - 56,000 / year

  • Execute a consistent daily sales rhythm (huddles, pipeline reviews, call-backs, outbound follow-up) that drives new customers and deepens existing relationships.
  • Model needs-based conversations and coach UB teammates on discovery, product positioning, and high-quality handoffs to specialists (mortgage, commercial, wealth management).
  • Maintain a personal book of customer activity to meet individual referral/service goals and support branch scorecard results.
  • Identify opportunities to expand relationships through product recommendations, financial education, and proactive outreach.
  • Use available reports and tools to identify customer needs, product gaps, and targeted calling opportunities.
  • Contribute to the achievement of business objectives by conducting internal and external sales calls and other business development activities.
  • Refer customers to internal specialists (mortgage, commercial banking, wealth) to ensure a comprehensive financial experience.
  • Meet and exceed assigned individual and branch-level sales, service, and referral goals.
  • Open and service deposit and loan accounts.
Customer Experience & Issue Resolution

  • Monitor lobby/queue management and staffing to maintain service levels and timely response.

  • Recognize strong performance and address gaps with structured coaching plans; contribute to succession planning and skills development.
  • Reinforce a respectful, inclusive, and engaged team culture aligned with Nicolet's core values.
  • Maintain an audit‑ready control environment: cash handling/dual control, vault/ATM controls, safe‑deposit procedures, night depository, and branch security.
  • Ensure adherence to policies and regulations (e.g., BSA/AML, KYC/CIP, OFAC, Reg CC/E, privacy, information security, fair lending/UDAP).
  • Execute operational reviews, resolve exceptions, and escape issues promptly to the Branch Manager or control partners.
Daily Branch Administration & Execution
  • Oversee opening/closing procedures, scheduling/coverage, and supply management; ensure equipment and systems readiness.
  • Monitor dashboards/reports for activity, production, referrals, and operational exceptions; take corrective action to keep the branch on plan.
  • Serve as acting Branch Manager during absences; represent the branch in meetings or community activities as requested.

  • Participate in local events and financial‑wellness efforts; build relationships that strengthen Nicolet's referral networks and visibility.
  • Advance Nicolet's reputation for relationship banking and responsible growth.
