Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma; advanced degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of retail banking experience with frontline coaching/leadership.
• Experience opening accounts and delivering referrals across lines of business.
• Strong coaching and communication skills with a focus on customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily sales rhythm to drive new customers and deepen relationships.
• Coach teammates on discovery, product positioning, and handoffs to specialists.
• Open and service deposit and loan accounts; meet sales and referral goals.
• Monitor dashboards and maintain service levels across channels.
• Oversee branch operations, risk controls, and compliance requirements.
• Represent the branch in community activities and local events.
