Job summary

Nicolet National Bank is hiring a Universal Banker II to drive new customers and expand relationships at our local branch. You will serve as a trusted frontline advisor, performing teller operations, digital support, and consumer deposit account servicing.

You will engage customers in meaningful financial conversations, recommending Nicolet solutions and ensuring compliant account openings. You will also identify credit opportunities, refer customers to Personal Bankers or lending specialists,

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of banking, customer service, or cash handling experience.
• Knowledge of deposit products, digital tools, onboarding processes, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Deliver welcoming, professional service across in-person, phone, and digital channels.
• Open and service consumer deposit accounts; perform teller operations and digital support.
• Identify financial needs and refer Nicolet products and services; meet branch goals and maintain pipelines.
• Follow BSA/AML, KYC, CIP and privacy requirements; ensure accurate records and audit readiness.
• Collaborate with Personal Bankers or lending specialists to connect customers with credit opportunities.
