Job summary

Adecco Group in California is looking for a Branch Manager who will grow new clients, strengthen existing relationships and drive the branch’s bottom line through strong sales and service delivery. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Two years of direct sales experience with proven growth in responsibilities.
• One year of supervisory/management experience with a sales or service-oriented staff.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain accounts, establish plans for existing and new clients.
• Ensure client requirements and SLAs are met; maintain high client satisfaction.
• Maintain relationships with HR, Operations and Procurement; act as escalation point.
• Manage branch P&L and cost controls; develop budgets and forecasts.
• Lead recruitment strategies and on-board new customers; ensure credit references.
• Coach and develop branch staff; monitor KPI metrics and performance.
