Job summary

Generations Federal Credit Union is seeking an Assistant Market Manager for our San Antonio branch to drive growth, efficiency, and member satisfaction. You will coach the branch team, oversee daily operations, and partner with leadership to uphold the credit union’s mission and values.

Qualifications

• Requires minimum three years in financial services, with operations and customer service.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to lead and coach a branch team to meet objectives.

Responsibilities

• Lead the branch team to meet or exceed sales goals through daily coaching and reinforcement of effective behaviors.
• Monitor and report branch sales and service data; identify strengths and opportunities.
• Collaborate with Market Manager and other lines to pursue local business development opportunities.
• Support growth and financial performance through execution of the Plan of Work.
• Oversee day-to-day branch operations with focus on compliance and efficiency.
• Ensure adherence to policies and make sound decisions within authority.
• Partner with leadership to implement operational best practices and lead branch audits.
• Manage daily scheduling and staffing for efficient coverage and productivity.
• Coach and develop team members; provide feedback and development plans.
• Support regular team meetings and communications to reinforce goals and drive engagement.
• Maintain a high level of member experience through service excellence.
