Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience required.
• 4+ years of experience in Financial Services Sales and Service required.
• 1+ years of leadership required.
• 1+ years cash handling preferred.
• Demonstrated process improvement and problem-solving skills required.
• Strong mathematical and logic skills required.
• Excellent time management skills required.
• Demonstrated ability to multi-task with a positive attitude required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
• Strong business acumen required.
• Advanced customer service skills with de-escalation capability required.
• Grit; willingness to do what it takes to get the job done right required.
• Ability to be registered through the Nationwide Mortgage Lending System and Registry (NMLS) required.
• Notary Public registered required.

Responsibilities

• Coach staff to empower members with guidance, confidence, and solutions.
• Mentor the Assistant Branch Manager for future leadership.
• Drive accountability focused on member financial well-being.
• Conduct performance reviews and identify advancement opportunities.
• Drive branch sales revenue through leadership and coaching.
• Maximize member engagement using CRM and relationship-building.
• Enforce service standards and handle complex member issues.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and audit readiness.
• Train team on operational changes and system updates.
• Monitor branch performance metrics and implement improvements.
• Lead community engagement and local partnerships.
