Job summary

Achieva Credit Union in Florida seeks a Branch Development Manager to drive branch growth, expand loan and deposit portfolios, and represent the brand in local communities. You will work closely with Market Presidents and partners to coach teams and implement RSS-driven strategies while ensuring regulatory compliance.

The role requires leadership experience in financial services, strategic planning, and a commitment to member service. Expect travel and flexible hours to support market needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in management, business administration or similar field or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• 3–5 years’ management experience, preferably in the financial industry.
• Proven experience in business development/sales, preferably in the financial industry.

Responsibilities

• Branch Expansion/Growth: research opportunities, develop and implement strategies, build relationships with local stakeholders.
• Loan and Deposit Generation: attract loans and deposits while complying with risk standards.
• Brand Representation: be the face of Achieva in the market and engage with community events.
• Collaboration with Market President & Business Partners: coordinate RSS initiatives, coaching, and align strategies across teams.
• Goal Setting & Performance Metrics: set measurable market development goals and monitor performance.
• Team Leadership & Performance Management: coach staff, conduct reviews, drive productivity.
• Operations: oversee daily branch operations and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Organizational Engagement: represent brand with professionalism and ethics; support recruitment processes.
• Travel may be required; flexible hours to meet member/business demands.
