Job summary

A+ FCU invites applications for an Assistant Branch Manager in our San Marcos branch. You will oversee daily branch operations, supervise staff, coach employees, and resolve member issues while ensuring compliance with policies and regulatory standards.

You will help achieve branch goals, manage scheduling and overtime, handle cash operations, provide Notary services, and support community outreach. A bachelor’s degree and prior financial services experience are preferred; high school diploma

Qualifications

Four years of financial institution experience required.
Two years of supervisory experience required.
Knowledge of teller/vault, new accounts and product knowledge.
Notary Public & Signature Guarantee certification within first six months.

Responsibilities

Assist Branch Manager in supervising branch employees and day-to-day operations.
Implement/monitor branch schedule for productivity, service and overtime control.
Help meet/exceed branch goals and oversee staff workflows.
Provide Notary Public services and Signature Guarantees as needed.
Oversee cash handling, balancing and vault duties as applicable.
Ensure branch regulatory compliance and participate in meetings and trainings.
