Job summary

Achieva Credit Union seeks a Branch Development Manager to drive growth, coach teams, and execute strategic development initiatives in the market. You will partner with the Market President and Business Partners to expand branch reach, attract loan and deposit volume, and uphold risk/compliance standards.

The role requires leadership in developing talent, coordinating with CRM, MLO, and wealth advisor teams, and representing the brand at community events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in management, business administration or similar field.
• 3–5 years of management experience, preferably in the financial industry.
• Certified Financial Counselor (CFC) designation.

Responsibilities

• Grow branch presence by researching opportunities and implementing strategic expansion plans.
• Generate loans and deposits in line with branch objectives while maintaining risk/compliance standards.
• Represent the brand in the market and engage with community events and leaders.
• Collaborate with Market President, CRM, MLO, and Wealth Advisor to align sales and service goals.
• Set measurable market development goals and coach staff to achieve them.
• Lead daily branch operations and ensure policy compliance and efficient service delivery.
• Engage internal departments to support business development and share best practices.
• Travel may be required; work flexible hours to meet member/business demands.
