Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education
• 2 years financial services experience
• 1 year branch leadership experience
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• SAFE Mortgage Licensing Act compliance within 30 days

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and manage branch team to drive performance.
• Develop small business and client relationships.
