Qualifications

• Strong leadership with coaching experience and ability to motivate teams.
• Experience building and maintaining a risk and control environment within a retail banking branch.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and develop growth plans.
• Comfort with technology and introducing new banking solutions to clients and staff.
