Job summary

Achieva Credit Union in Estero, FL seeks a Branch Development Manager to partner with the Market President and Business Partners to design and execute growth initiatives, develop the talent in the branch, and ensure operational soundness. You will lead branch expansion, drive loan and deposit generation, represent the brand in the community, and coordinate with CRM, MLO, and wealth advisor to align strategies.

Travel may be required and flexible hours are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in management, business administration or similar field.
• 3-5 years of management experience in financial services.
• Proven experience in business development and sales.

Responsibilities

• Expand branch presence and drive growth in assigned market.
• Develop strategic plans for branch penetration and expansion.
• Establish relationships with local businesses and leaders.
• Generate loans and deposits while ensuring risk/compliance.
• Represent Achieva in the community and events.
• Collaborate with Market President, CRM, MLO, and wealth advisor to align goals.
• Set measurable market development goals and coach teams accordingly.
• Oversee daily branch operations and compliance with policies.
• Travel occasionally and be available for flexible hours.
