Job summary

FirstBank Florida seeks a Branch Manager for the Miami location to plan, direct and manage the marketing, sales and service activities of the branch to achieve customer sales, deposit growth and financial goals. You will oversee service quality, security, and staff training while maintaining open lines of communication with upper management.

The role requires strong leadership, knowledge of financial products, and the ability to build relationships with centers of influence and local businesses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with a track record in banking leadership.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and data reporting.
• Experience managing branch operations and sales is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Solicits business relationships including deposits, loans, and treasury services.
• Develops loan leads for commercial and residential lending areas.
• Executes integrated sales and relationship strategies to meet revenue targets.
• Oversees service quality, security, audit integrity and staff performance.
• Trains and develops branch personnel for career progression.
• Ensures regulatory compliance (SAFE Act, BSA/AML/OFAC) and customer service standards.
