Job summary

Responsibilities

• Hire and develop staff ensuring proper skills and staffing levels to ensure the highest level of customer service.
• Meet direct reports monthly for coaching and document conversations.
• Promote core deposit growth through in-branch sales promotions.
• Ensure compliance with bank policies and state/federal regulations.
• Oversee branch operations, audits, and approvals of large deposits/withdrawals
