Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in a financial institution or retail services environment preferred.
• Proven leadership and relationship-management capabilities.
• Customer-service and sales experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead branch team to execute the retail operating model and maintain quality service.
• Grow core deposits and loans, and oversee fee income growth.
• Coach and mentor branch associates to improve performance.
• Ensure branch policies, safety, and regulatory compliance are followed.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and maintain customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with internal partners and manage referrals to drive solutions.
• Support onboarding and development of new hires; monitor performance.
