Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead and guide staff to apply the retail operating model consistently.
• Execute branch strategic plan to grow deposits, loans and fee income.
• Support performance planning and assess staff performance.
• Maintain high employee morale and customer service standards.
• Promote products and services to drive branch growth and profitability.
• Oversee sales and servicing quality for consumer and business products.
• Identify referrals and collaborate with internal partners and vendors.
• Ensure adherence to bank policies and regulatory procedures.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and manage issues promptly.
• Oversee branch operations and facilities maintenance.
• Coach and mentor branch associates and onboard new hires.
