Job summary

IBC Bank is seeking an in-office, full-time Branch Manager to enhance the customer experience and drive branch growth. You will lead the 410 Branch Management team, oversee sales performance, and ensure compliance while delivering our "We Do More" philosophy to customers and the community.

You will coach staff, coordinate trainings, manage schedules, and collaborate with leadership to meet goals, foster teamwork, and maintain a high standard of service.

Responsibilities

• Maintain branch sales performance expectations.
• Assist in employee development through role plays and observation - implement IBC Mission.
• Establish and meet individual goals.
• Provide customer service.
• Organize blitzing, presentations and call campaigns.
• Maintain customer portfolio.
• Provide branch numbers at manager meetings.
• Facilitate branch meeting and/or huddles.
• Assist with teller supervisor duties - overrides and end-of-day tasks.
• Establish community involvement.
• Understand and meet compliance expectations.
• Assist in hiring and termination process.
• Assist with trainings.
• Maintain and supervise time and attendance.
