Olympia Moving & Storage is seeking an experienced Branch General Manager to lead daily operations across moving, storage, and logistics at our Thorofare, NJ location. You will drive revenue growth, manage P&L, and oversee safety, staffing, and service delivery to ensure best-in-class customer experiences.

The role requires 5–10+ years in leadership within moving or warehousing, strong KPI analytics, and a proven track record of optimizing operations in a fast-paced, seasonal environment.

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years in moving, logistics, transportation, or warehousing leadership
• Proven P&L and KPI management experience
• Strong knowledge of DOT, OSHA, and regulatory requirements
• Experience leading large field teams
• Excellent communication, problem solving, and conflict resolution skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast paced, seasonal, labor intensive environment

Responsabilités

• Lead daily moving, storage, dispatch, routing, warehouse, and fleet operations
• Manage branch P&L, budgeting, forecasting, labor planning, and margin performance
• Monitor KPIs: revenue per truck, labor efficiency, claims, customer satisfaction
• Support sales with job scoping, pricing, and operational feasibility
• Recruit, train, and develop movers, drivers, warehouse staff, and office personnel
• Resolve escalated customer issues and ensure high service standards
• Drive safety programs, incident reduction, and accurate reporting
