Job summary

JAS Forwarding (USA), Inc. is seeking a Branch Manager to oversee end-to-end branch operations, ensure compliance with ISO standards and local law, and support sales while delivering exceptional customer service. The role requires extensive experience in freight forwarding and strong financial oversight.

You will manage up to 50 staff, optimize processes, and drive growth in a defined geographic area with occasional travel to ensure operational excellence and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum of five (5) years of managerial experience.
• Minimum of ten (10) years of experience within the freight forwarding industry.
• Strong financial acumen, experience managing P&L.
• Experience across air, ocean, and supply chain/logistics operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end branch operations and staff performance.
• Manage P&L, budgeting, and financial planning for the branch.
• Grow the business and optimize productivity, costs, and staffing.
• Ensure ISO policies and local laws are followed and upheld.
