Job summary

Olympia Moving & Storage is seeking an experienced Branch General Manager to lead daily operations across moving, storage, and logistics at our Thorofare, NJ location. You will drive revenue growth, manage P&L, and oversee safety, staffing, and service delivery to ensure best-in-class customer experiences.

The role requires 5–10+ years in leadership within moving or warehousing, strong KPI analytics, and a proven track record of optimizing operations in a fast-paced, seasonal environment.

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years in moving, logistics, transportation, or warehousing leadership
• Proven P&L and KPI management experience
• Strong knowledge of DOT, OSHA, and regulatory requirements
• Experience leading large field teams

Key Responsibilities

COMPENSATION:

Our sales reps work with a base salary of between $55K-$75K plus opportunity to earn unlimited commissions. Base salary depends on experience and role while commissions is based on individual sales/revenue results.
