Job summary

LKQ Corporation is seeking a results-driven operations leader to manage branch operations, quality assurance, personnel, and inventory. You will implement sound management policy, motivate staff, and direct the care and custody of assets at the site.

The role requires 5+ years in supervision within manufacturing or distribution, with strong budgeting, safety, and regulatory compliance experience. RSU eligibility and bonus align with performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 5+ years in a specialized profession with supervisory experience.
• Manufacturing background required for branch locations.
• Prior experience in managing a distribution center is preferred.
• Ability to lead, train, and motivate teams and drive results.

Responsibilities

• Establish and execute goals and objectives to meet long term growth plans for the company.
• Establish and track performance standards to meet goals of the company.
• Train, develop, coach, and motivate team to achieve location's business objectives.
• Establish budgets and work within designated financial plans.
• Maintain compliance with all applicable laws, company policies, and procedures.
• Oversee quality assurance, customer satisfaction, safety, and asset protection.
