LKQ is seeking a Duty Manager to join our branch leadership team, reporting to the Branch Manager and working with other Duty Managers to drive day-to-day operations across retail, warehouse and fleet. Qualifications

• Previous supervisory or management experience within retail, warehouse, logistics or distribution.
• A full UK driving licence.
• Experience leading, coaching and developing teams.

Responsabilités

• Leading the day-to-day operation of the branch across retail, warehouse and fleet.
• Coordinating resources to ensure smooth, efficient operations and excellent customer service.
• Driving operational excellence by maintaining company standards, policies and procedures.
• Managing stock accuracy, inventory control and stock take activities.
• Ensuring safety and compliance in line with Health & Safety legislation.
