LKQ Corporation is seeking a motivated Branch Operations Supervisor in Illinois to lead quality assurance, customer satisfaction, personnel, and inventory management at the LKQ location. You will implement and maintain sound management policies for directing and motivating staff and safeguarding physical assets.

The role requires strong leadership, budgeting ability, and experience in manufacturing or distribution operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years in specialized profession or equivalent.
• Manufacturing background is required for branch locations engaged in manufacturing activities.
• Prior managerial experience in a distribution center is required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establish and execute goals to meet long term growth plans of the company.
• Establish and track performance standards to meet company goals.
• Train, develop, coach, and motivate the team to achieve location objectives.
• Establish budget projections and work within the budget.
• Maintain compliance with Federal, State, and Local laws and company policies.
• Ensure safety standards and a hazard-free workplace.
• Oversee hiring, training and development of staff.
