Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years in specialized profession or equivalent.
• Manufacturing background is required for branch locations engaged in manufacturing activities.
• Prior experience that demonstrates effective supervision and leadership skills; managerial experience in a distribution center.
• Some business related college coursework is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for branch operations, i.e., quality assurance, customer satisfaction, personnel, and inventory.
• Implement and maintain sound management policy regarding the selection, direction, and motivation of employees, and direct the total care, custody and control of physical assets of the branch.
• Establish and execute goals and objectives to meet long term growth plans of the company.
• Establish and track performance standards to meet goals of company.
• Train, develop, coach, and motivate team to achieve location's business objectives.
• Establishes accurate budget projections and works within designated budget.
• Maintain compliance with all Federal, State, and Local laws, statutes and regulations, as well as all Company policies and procedures.
• Comply with all safety standards and requirements to assure a safe and hazard-free workplace.
• Manage the work of others, including planning, assigning, scheduling and reviewing work, ensures quality standards.
• Responsible for hiring, terminating, training and developing, reviewing performance and administering corrective action for staff.
