Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED) and a minimum of 1 year’s proven retail sales, call center, customer service, or telesales experience.
• Ability to easily travel between branches on an as needed basis.
• Strong verbal communication skills and interpersonal abilities.

Responsabilités

• Educate customers and explain features and benefits of Consumer and Business Banking solutions; make recommendations based on the customer’s identified needs.
• Engage customers to bank with us and provide solutions to meet their needs, including digital capabilities.
• Explain loan application criteria and complete servicing-related responsibilities for Consumer and Business Banking relationships.
• Follow the Bank’s sales process and provide customer-focused guidance; proactively reach out to retain and grow relationships.
• Maintain lobby management, greet customers, and resolve banking needs; refer complex needs to appropriate partners.
• Adhere to AML/KYC processes and assist with fraud detection and compliance tasks.
• Complete customer transactions accurately and handle related branch operations and documentation.
