Qualifications

Responsabilités

• Educate customers on Consumer and Business Banking solutions and explain features.
• Engage customers to bank with us and promote digital capabilities.
• Assist in branch operations and service requests, including handling overdrafts and queries.
• Refer opportunities to banking partners to meet customer needs.
• Maintain compliance, maintain customer records, and support lobby management.
