Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and 1 year proven retail sales, customer service, or telesales experience
• Ability to easily travel between branches on an as needed basis
• Strong verbal communication skills and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to interact with a wide range of customers (consumer to small business)
• Proficiency with internet user-level technology
• Bilingual based on branch needs (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Educate customers and explain features and benefits of Consumer and Business Banking solutions.
• Engage customers to bank with us and promote digital capabilities in interactions.
• Explain the high-level criteria used to decision loan applications.
• Handle servicing responsibilities and identify opportunities to solve other banking needs.
