M&T Bank Corporation is seeking a Float Teller for the Lemoyne, PA area. This onsite role involves traveling between branches to assist staff, managing lobby activities, and delivering accurate cash handling and service.

You will balance transactions and resolve routine issues while engaging customers with digital demonstrations. The position emphasizes compliance with AML/BSA/KYC requirements, data entry accuracy, and proactive customer care to uphold the bank’s service standards.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED; 6 months customer service experience
• Data entry and cash handling experience

Responsabilidades

• Provide differentiated customer service by understanding needs and delivering solutions
• Educate customers through shoulder-to-shoulder digital demonstrations
• Lobby management and greet customers, proactively addressing needs
• Balance and process customer transactions accurately following Bank Policy
• Resolve escalated account services issues until resolution
• Assist with branch operations (cash orders, vault, ATM, wires)
• Perform AML/BSA/KYC related activities and ensure regulatory compliance
• Maintain internal controls and support audit requirements
