Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and at least 6 months of customer service experience.
• Experience with data entry and/or cash handling.
• Ability to travel between branches as needed.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated excellent customer service and organizational skills.
• Proficient with internet at user level.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to customer service standards and provide a differentiated experience by understanding customer needs.
• Educate customers through digital demonstrations; identify self-service opportunities.
• Lobby management: greet customers and address needs.
• Accurately balance and process transactions following policy.
• Escalate account service issues and log complaints.
• Transition sales opportunities to banking partners.
• Complete branch operational activities (cash ordering, vault, ATM, wire).
• Process customer/account maintenance.
• Perform AML/KYC related activities.
• Follow risk controls and regulatory policies.
