Job summary

First Citizens Bank is seeking a Sales and Service Representative to join our branch network in North Carolina. The role entails processing transactions, educating customers on bank capabilities, and supporting sales by referring opportunities to the bank partner.

This float position requires traveling to cover 2 Cary branches, 1 Apex, 1 Raleigh, 1 Garner, and 1 Fuquay-Varina with mileage reimbursement provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 6 months in customer service.
• Must possess a valid driver's license; frequent driving to other offices.
• Mileage will be reimbursed.

Responsibilities

• Foster collaborative partnerships that deliver value for customers, prospects and colleagues. Initiate conversation to uncover sales or referral opportunities. Listen attentively and ask insightful questions to understand customer needs and preferences; and take prompt actions to address immediate needs.
• Comply with all regulations, bank policies, procedures and delegated authorities to manage risk related to credit, operational, reputational, regulatory and legal aspects of personal interactions, customer transactions and financial exposures.
