Job summary

First Citizens Bank seeks a friendly, detail-oriented Sales & Service Representative to join our branch team in Raleigh. This role processes transactions, assists customers with bank products, and identifies referral opportunities to drive branch sales.

Candidates should be comfortable engaging customers, building relationships, and adapting to varied tasks while traveling to eight Raleigh branches and one Knightdale location. Mileage reimbursement is provided for travel.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and 6 months’ experience in customer service.
• Valid driver’s license; frequent driving to other offices; mileage will be reimbursed.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and process transactions in the branch.
• Identify and refer sales opportunities to the appropriate bank partner.
• Foster collaborative partnerships to deliver value for customers, prospects and colleagues.
• Maintain regulatory, policy and procedure compliance in daily activities.
