Job summary

This float position travels to eight branches in Raleigh and one in Knightdale; mileage is reimbursed. A strong emphasis on communication, customer service, adaptability, and teamwork is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum required education is High School Diploma or GED.
• 6 months of experience in customer service.

Responsibilities

• Process transactions and customer service requests in the branch.
• Identify and refer sales opportunities to the appropriate bank partner.
• Foster collaborative partnerships that deliver value for customers and colleagues.
• Maintain compliance with regulations, policies and procedures.
