The Allied Universal Branch Flex Officer role offers hands-on security across healthcare, education, finance, retail and more. Expect 30–40 hours per week with shifts that change weekly, and the Earn More, Claim‑A‑Shift self‑scheduling program to pick up available shifts.

You will work irregular shifts with little notice to support client needs, expand your skillset, and position yourself for advancement within Allied Universal — a leader in the security industry.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or 5 years verifiable experience.
• Licensing requirements vary by state and local laws.
• Valid driver’s license if operating company or client vehicle.
• Background check and drug screen required by law.

Responsibilities

• Perform security patrols on foot or by vehicle.
• Monitor for irregular conditions posing safety concerns.
• Sound alarms or summon authorities when needed.
• Deter rule infractions and monitor entrances and exits.
• Observe departing personnel to prevent property theft.
• Investigate incidents and maintain post logs.
• Assist customers, employees, and visitors professionally.
• Provide emergency notifications per site orders.
