Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Branch Flex Officer to serve a variety of client sites across industries. Expect 30–40 hours per week with a flexible, irregular shift pattern and self-scheduling options to support client needs.

Responsibilities include patrols, incident reporting, access control, and emergency notifications. Candidates must meet education and licensing requirements and comply with background checks and drug screening.

Qualifications

• Formal Education, Licenses, and Certifications Required: High school diploma or equivalent; 5 years verifiable experience; valid driver's license if driving; background check and drug screen per law.
• Licensing requirements vary by state/local laws; Allied Universal may require licensing prior to employment.

Responsibilities

• Perform security patrols of designated areas on foot or in vehicle.
• Watch for irregular or unusual conditions that may create security concerns or safety hazards.
• Sound alarms or call police or fire department if needed.
• Warn violators of rule infractions (loitering, smoking, etc.).
• Permit authorized entry and monitor entrances/exits.
• Observe and protect company property and ensure proper removal aligns with client requirements.
• Investigate and report accidents, incidents, and suspicious activities; maintain logs.
• Assist customers, employees, and visitors in a courteous manner.
• Make emergency notifications as necessary per site Post Orders.
