Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Security Professional Flex Officer. The Flex Officer will serve and safeguard clients across Healthcare, Education, Finance and more, using a shift-pickup platform to shape a schedule that fits availability while gaining site experience across industries.

Expect irregular shifts with little notice and opportunities to transition into full-time roles as you grow within a dynamic, team-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent or 5 years of verifiable experience.
• Licensing requirements may be required by state/local laws.
• Valid driver’s license if driving a company vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Perform security patrols of designated areas on foot or in vehicle.
• Watch for irregular or unusual conditions that may create security concerns or safety hazards.
• Sound alarms or call police or fire department in case of fire or unauthorized persons.
• Warn violators of rule infractions and monitor entrances/exits.
• Observe departing personnel to protect company property and ensure authorized removal.
• Investigate incidents and maintain written logs as required.
• Aid customers, employees, and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
• Make emergency notifications as necessary.
