Allied Universal is seeking a Branch Flex Officer to safeguard client sites across a wide range of industries. You will perform security patrols, monitor entrances, and respond to incidents while adapting to changing shifts and locations.

This role offers hands-on experience and growth paths within a leading security company. You can expect 30-40 hours per week with a flexible, manager-assigned and self-scheduled program.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent or 5 years of verifiable experience.
• Licensing requirements may be required by state/local laws.
• Valid driver’s license if operating a company or client vehicle.
• Background check and drug screen required by Allied Universal.

Responsibilities

• Perform security patrols on foot or in vehicle across designated areas.
• Watch for irregular conditions that may pose safety concerns.
• Sound alarms or call police/fire in emergencies.
• Warn violators and enforce site rules (loitering, prohibited items).
• Control entry points and monitor entrances/exits for authorized people.
• Observe and deter theft; ensure proper handling of property removal.
• Investigate incidents and prepare written reports; maintain logs.
• Assist customers, employees, and visitors courteously.
• Make emergency notifications as required by site orders.
