Job summary

The role oversees maintenance/operations coordinators, supports district performance, and fosters process improvements to meet business goals. You will perform branch-level financial analyses, manage customer-facing processes, and collaborate with district leadership to ensure alignment with overall strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Business (preferred).
• 2+ years experience in customer service and operations.
• Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
• P&L reporting experience highly preferred.
• Willingness to travel and flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop branch administrative team through hiring, training, performance reviews.
• Drive cross-functional processes to improve profitability and efficiency.
• Perform branch-level P&L and other financial analyses to guide decisions.
• Collaborate with district leadership to align branch and district objectives.
• Oversee maintenance/operations coordinators and ensure service levels.
• Support customer service & billing processes to reduce bad debt.
• Plan and review branch business plans against actuals.
