Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• At least 2 years of customer service and administrative experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and related tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee accounts receivable processes and maintain local collection contacts.
• Monitor weekly/monthly billing and resolve issues to support profitability.
• Perform fleet service tasks and coordinate licensing, permits, and citations.
• Analyze processes using reports and suggest improvements.
