Qualifications

• At least 3 years of diesel shop maintenance experience.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Associates Degree or Vo-Tech preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage preventative maintenance scheduling and quality.
• Resolve customer complaints regarding services or personnel.
• Hire, train, and evaluate personnel.
• Ensure direct reports understand company objectives.
• Develop methods to increase sales and expand markets.
• Direct and supervise staff engaged in sales, inventory, cash handling, or service tasks.
• Prepare work schedules and assign duties.
• Attend meetings to coordinate with other departments.
