You will manage lobby flow, support cash operations, train teammates, and ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements while building lasting client relationships and promoting self-service options.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Branch Manager to create a welcoming, high-service branch.
• Greet clients, assist with transactions, manage lobby flow and meetings.
• Communicate clearly to understand needs and guide customers to self-service options.
• Lead branch operations including cash devices and ATM; resolve issues while following policies.
• Introduce clients to the branch team to deliver seamless service and relationships.
• Support loss control, compliance and audits to keep the branch secure.
