Job summary

Chase is seeking a Branch Operations Lead in Ohio to partner with the Branch Manager and frontline teams to deliver exceptional client service while enforcing bank policies, controls, and regulatory requirements.

You will guide daily branch operations, oversee cash devices, promote self-service options, and lead training to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and a welcoming, compliant environment for customers and colleagues.

Qualifications

• Adhere to banking policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain detail-oriented and organized approach to multitask in a branch environment.
• Lead and educate the branch team to stay connected and informed.
• Educate clients and refer to experts when needed.
• Engage customers, building relationships and promoting services.
• 1+ years of retail banking experience.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Branch Manager to create a welcoming branch atmosphere and exceptional client experience.
• Greet and assist clients with transactions, manage lobby flow, and schedule meetings.
• Communicate clearly to understand client needs and guide them effectively.
• Lead branch operations, overseeing cash devices and adherence to policies.
• Introduce clients to the branch team and assist with specialized financial needs.
• Promote self-service options to simplify banking for clients.
• Support loss control, compliance, and audits to ensure smooth operations.
