Job summary

Chase is seeking a Branch Operations Lead to join our Canton, OH branch. You will partner with the Branch Manager to deliver outstanding client experiences, oversee lobby flow, and manage cash devices with meticulous attention to policy compliance.

You will guide and educate the branch team, promote self-service options, and ensure operations meet loss control and audit standards. Weekend/evening shifts are required as part of branch hours.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail banking experience.
• Must have a high school diploma, GED, or foreign equivalent.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Branch Manager to create a welcoming atmosphere and ensure an exceptional client experience.
• Greet clients, assist with transactions, manage lobby flow, and schedule meetings to build trusted relationships.
• Engage clients with clear communication to understand needs and guide them effectively.
• Lead branch operations, including managing cash devices like the cash vault and ATM, ensuring accuracy and policy compliance.
• Introduce clients to the branch team to deliver seamless service and support specialized financial needs.
• Promote self-service options to simplify banking experiences for clients.
• Support all aspects of branch operations, including loss control, compliance, and audits.
